MRA International is the approved Rutgers vendor for HP equipment. Quotes for HP equipment will be created using MRA’s portal and added to RU Marketplace (Jagger). Follow the steps below to create a quote from MRA International.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The MRA portal to order HP equipment is currently unavailable. Please email team-diane@mrainternational.com directly to get quotes for HP hardware.

 
1) Go to the MRA International portal and sign in. Create an account if you don’t already have one.

2) Select the systems and devices by adding them to the cart.

3) Once all items have been added to the cart, select Save as Quote.

4) The quote will be emailed to you as a PDF within 30 minutes. Manually create a requisition in RU Marketplace.
