Verizon has reported that they are actively working to fix their nationwide service issue. The Office of Information Technology will continue to provide any significant updates as they become available. Additional updates about this issue may be found on the official Verizon News X account.

Verizon reported a nationwide service outage affecting wireless voice and data services and is working to identify and resolve the issue. This outage may affect communications for some Rutgers members with regard to online classes, remote work, phone usage, etc. The Office of Information Technology will continue to monitor the situation and provide any significant updates from Verizon.
