Issues connecting to Remote Desktop Protocol Gateway

Users are reporting issues connecting to the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) Gateway service, which provides users with access to university desktop computers from outside networks without requiring a virtual private network (VPN) connection. The Office of Information Technology is investigating.
