The Webex user interface will be updated on Cisco devices in lecture halls and conference rooms at 10 p.m. on Thursday, January 15. Users will see changes to submenus, coloring schemes, and new icons, as well as new optional features available, Cisco One Button to Push and Microsoft Teams Rooms. The upgrade applies to the newest Cisco devices, and older devices will not be eligible for these changes. Although no downtime is anticipated, please contact the Office of Information Technology Help Desk if you experience any issues.
