Issues accessing shared Rutgers Connect email accounts

The access issues with shared Outlook email accounts have been resolved. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

Microsoft has shared that they are working to resolve the issues users are having accessing shared Outlook email accounts.

Microsoft is reporting access issues with shared Outlook email accounts, meaning Rutgers Connect users with shared email accounts that multiple people have access to, may not be able to access that mailbox at this time. The Office of Information Technology will provide updates as they become available.
