It has been reported on the Kaltura Status webpage that the issues with accessing and playing videos in Canvas courses and mediaspace.rutgers.edu have been resolved, and services are now operating normally.

Users may be experiencing issues with accessing and playing videos in Canvas courses as well as via mediaspace.rutgers.edu. Kaltura is currently investigating and will provide updates on the Kaltura Status webpage.
