OIT continues to work on restoration of the data center and affected IT services including Remote Desktop Protocol Gateway.
Investigating
Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) Gateway service, which provides users with access to university desktop computers from outside networks without requiring a virtual private network (VPN) connection, is currently unavailable due to data center issues. Additionally, users may have issues accessing files from shared storage drives. The Office of Information Technology is working to resolve these issues.
