Zoom client update on Thursday, February 10

On Thursday, February 10 at 10 p.m., Rutgers will be updating to the latest client version of Zoom. This update includes the following changes:

  • Enhanced registrant authentication option
  • Create, remove, and rename breakout rooms after launch
  • Add video to waiting room
  • Security enhancements

Following the update on February 10, users who are not currently running the latest client version will experience a short pause (1-2 minutes) to install the new version of Zoom before joining their next meeting.
