Microsoft has reported that the fix which is addressing impact is continuing to deploy and has now reached 98% of the affected users. Delays have been encountered during this process, but Microsoft is working to identify alternative solutions to expedite the recovery of affected infrastructure. OIT will continue to provide updates as they become available.

Microsoft has deployed a fix for issues with various Microsoft 365 (Rutgers Connect) services. Microsoft reported that starting last night, some users were experiencing a service degradation with Outlook email, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Bookings, and other services. The Office of Information Technology will provide an update when available.
