With college comes all kinds of new experiences – navigating campus, figuring out classes, and meeting new friends. The RU–Newark IT Help Desk is here to ensure that technology troubles are not on your list of college experiences. IT staff will be available to provide pop-up support to students who are moving into their dorms. You can find them at the following locations:
Woodward Hall: Thursday, August 28, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
University Square Apartments: Sunday, August 31, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
If you couldn’t visit the pop-up Help Desk during move-in, in-person assistance is available year-round at Hill Hall, room 109.
