Starting December 2025, there will be changes to Smartsheet as we transition to the Advanced Work Management (AWM) licensing model. Please see below for important details.
What’s changing with Smartsheet: December 2025
The Free Unlicensed User/Collaborator role will be discontinued; users requiring more than Viewer access (including editing) must purchase a Member subscription.
Member subscriptions will cost $65/month per member; units should evaluate their usage to prepare for the transition.
Current licensed Smartsheet users have early access to premium features such as Dynamic View and Data Shuttle, which will be included in the new model.
