Project Management/System Development Lifecycle Methodology
The OIT Project Management Office maintains a Project Management/System Development Lifecycle methodology which you can use to assist with executing system or application projects. The full text of the methodology as well its accompanying templates are available to download.

Project Management Institute (PMI)
PMI—a global association for those who consider project, program or portfolio management their profession—works to further mature the project management profession through globally-recognized standards, certifications, resources, tools, academic research, publications, professional development courses, and networking opportunities. EDUCAUSE Project Management Group
Focuses on issues faced by project managers of technical projects within higher education. Discussions include best practices and tools, promotion of project management culture in IT organizations, managing cross–functional groups, the introduction of new technologies, and meeting client expectations.

With expertise in project and portfolio management and related areas, IIL provides training, consulting, coaching and customized course development.
