Microsoft is working to resolve the ongoing issue affecting various Microsoft 365 services, including the problems receiving emails via Rutgers Connect from external sources. OIT will continue to monitor this issue.
Monitoring
Microsoft is reporting an issue impacting various Microsoft 365 services. Users may experience problems sending or receiving email from external sources via Rutgers Connect. Additionally, IT staff may not be able to access service portals like the Microsoft 365 admin center. The Office of Information Technology is monitoring the issue and will provide updates from Microsoft when available.
