The Office of Information Technology reports that the connectivity issues affecting voice services have been resolved. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

The Office of Information Technology is reporting that Rutgers voice services have been restored. Remaining connectivity issues are limited to Rutgers services accessed from the University Hospital networks. Additional updates will be shared as they become available.

The Office of Information Technology is continuing to investigate the service disruption and will share updates as more information becomes available.

Users are reporting connectivity issues with the Rutgers network, impacting phone services at some Rutgers–Newark and Rutgers–New Brunswick Cook campus locations. The Office of Information Technology is investigating.
