Issues with reaching the OIT Help Desk at 833-OIT-HELP have been resolved. If you have any questions, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

Users may get a busy signal when dialing the OIT Help Desk via the toll free number. OIT is investigating this issue. In the meantime, we encourage you to call 848-445-HELP or visit ithelp.rutgers.edu if you need tech assistance.
