Problems with access to Rutgers websites

The issue with intermittent access to some Rutgers websites has been resolved. The issue was caused by an outage involving Pantheon-hosted websites on the East Coast.

Users are reporting a “connection failure” message when accessing some Rutgers websites from off campus (that is, when not on the Rutgers network). The Office of Information Technology is investigating.
