Planned maintenance: Student financial aid system unavailable mornings of May 15 and 16

Work from Oracle’s planned maintenance on the student financial aid system has been completed. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

The Oracle Student Financial Planning (OSFP) system, also known as the Rutgers student financial aid system, will be unavailable on Wednesday, May 15, from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m, as well as Thursday, May 16 from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m due to necessary maintenance. During this timeframe, administration, students, and parents will not be able to access the financial aid system or perform financial aid-related activities like viewing aid packages, accepting or rejecting loans, or submitting financial aid documents. Additionally, Rutgers staff will not be able to view students’ financial aid information for the duration of this planned maintenance.
