Duo is reporting that a fix has been implemented for the Duo login issues, and they are monitoring the results.

Duo reports that their systems have started to recover and they have increased capacity in order to resolve the issues with two-step login with Duo. Users may start to see these issues revolve within Rutgers services.

Duo is indicating that they continue to work to address the issues with logging in to Duo. The issue is widespread and not limited to Rutgers. Some users do report being able to log in, but the authentication process for logging in with Duo may be slow and may time out.

Duo has shared that they identified the issue causing the slowness and failure to login with two-step login with Duo and are working to resolve the issue. OIT will continue to monitor and provide updates as they become available.

Duo has reported issues with two-step login. Users may experience issues logging into services with their NetID due to this Duo issue. Duo is investigating and the Office of Information Technology will continue to monitor.
