The issues with Kaltura video playback and Canvas have been resolved.

The issues with Zoom and Canvas have been resolved. Users may continue to experience issues with Kaltura videos and Canvas.

Users may also be experiencing issues with video playback on Canvas. Videos featured in Canvas modules and assignments and hosted in Kaltura may not load properly.

Investigating

Users may experience issues launching Zoom meetings via the the Canvas learning management system. OIT recommends accessing Zoom via the desktop client or through zoom.rutgers.edu. Zoom is currently investigating and will provide updates at the Zoom status webpage.
