Microsoft is reporting that the issue with Safari and Outlook on the Web has been resolved for most users. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the OIT Help Desk.
Investigating
Users of the Safari web browser may be experiencing an issue in which a file called “TokenFactoryIframe” is repeatedly downloaded when using the web version of Outlook for Rutgers Connect (Microsoft Office 365).
Microsoft is aware of the issue.
Until Microsoft resolves the issue, we recommend using another web browser, such as Google Chrome.
