The issue accessing Canvas via Chrome 96 in Windows 10/11 has been resolved by Instructure. If you have any questions or run into any other issues, please contact the OIT Help Desk.

Issues accessing Canvas via Chrome 96 in Windows 10/11 have not been resolved yet. OIT continues to monitor for updates from Instructure (the parent company of Canvas). As a temporary solution, users should use a different browser, such as Firefox.

Users may continue to experience issues accessing Canvas via Chrome 96 in Windows 10/11. Users should continue to try and use a different browser, such as Firefox. There have been no additional updates from Instructure (the parent company of Canvas) at this time, but the Office of Information Technology will continue to monitor.
