Update

July 6, 2021 11:28 am

University-operated print services are still offline as Microsoft has not released a patch for the security vulnerability in its Windows printing software yet. Rutgers is dependent upon Microsoft to fix this issue in their operating system. The severity of this vulnerability prevents us from safely restoring printer functionality until the flaw can be mitigated.

The Office of Information Technology is continuing to monitor the situation and we will be posting regular updates twice a day.

For more information about the printing outage, please visit this FAQ. If you have further questions, please contact the Office of Information Technology Help Desk.
