Issues with OIT Help Desk phone number

The issues with phone connectivity have been resolved. OIT will continue to monitor the situation.

Connection issues have been resolved for the Help Desk number 833-648-4357, but they are still ongoing for some numbers that begin with 848-445-XXXX. OIT and its outside vendors continue working on a fix. Thank you for your continued patience.

Further investigation reveals an issue dialing some Rutgers numbers that begin with 848-445-XXXX, along with the Help Desk number 833-648-4357. The issue affects some callers, but not all. OIT and an outside vendor have identified the issue and are working to fix it.

The OIT Help Desk phone number at 833-OIT-HELP is temporarily unavailable to some users. We are investigating.
