The Office of Information Technology (OIT) has identified the issue impacting the Rutgers IT Help portal. IT staff are working on implementing a solution and we will provide updates as they become available.
Investigating
Users of the Rutgers IT Help portal may have trouble requesting services or submitting requests for help from their own department’s IT staff in the portal. Users are able to submit requests for help from the Office of Information Technology (OIT) Help Desk in the portal. OIT is investigating the issue.
