Issues with two-step login with Duo

Duo reported that Amazon Web Services (AWS) experienced global issues that caused a number of related service access, outage and performance issues including Duo two-factor authentication and Canvas. AWS shared that the issue has been resolved.

Users may experience issues logging into services with NetID due to global issues with two-step login with Duo. Duo is investigating the issue and OIT will continue to monitor.
