Issues with Duo push notifications

This issue has been resolved, and two-factor authentication should be operating as normal.

A fix has been implemented for the issues with Duo Push notifications on Android devices. Duo reports that users should no longer encounter this issue as the fix is rolled out over the next couple of hours. If you do encounter an issue, you can open the Duo Mobile app to approve or deny an authentication request.

The Duo issue has been partially identified. Duo is working with their vendor to determine how to best mitigate the issue. If you are experiencing issues, you can open the Duo Mobile application to trigger the approve/deny authentication workflow as a temporary workaround.

The Duo push notification issue is limited to Android devices, according to Duo. If you are having trouble receiving push notifications, please open the Duo Mobile app to complete authentication. Duo continues to investigate the issue.

Duo is investigating an issue with users not receiving Duo Push notifications for two-step login with Duo. This is affecting iOS and Android devices. If you are experiencing trouble receiving pushes, please open Duo Mobile and you should be able to proceed with the authentication.
