Issues logging in with NetID

The issues with NetID logins and Rutgers services relying on NetID have been resolved. OIT is continuing to monitor the situation.

A number of Rutgers services and systems, including logins with a NetID from the Rutgers network and printing with PaperCut, continue to be unavailable or are intermittently available due to technical issues with Rutgers systems. OIT is actively working to fix these issues.

Users may also be experiencing issues printing with PaperCut due to the issues with NetID logins and the Rutgers network.

OIT team members are continuing to remediate the issues with logging in with a NetID on the Rutgers network.

OIT team members are working to identify the source of the problems with logging in with a NetID on the Rutgers network and address the issue.

Note that users should be able to log in to Rutgers systems and services from outside of the Rutgers network (for example, from home or from their phones or other mobile devices using data plans).

Users on the Rutgers network are reporting issues logging in with their NetID. The Office of Information Technology is investigating.
