Issues connecting to Rutgers network and other Rutgers services

This morning’s planned maintenance for the Rutgers network has been completed and any outstanding issues connecting to the Rutgers network, RUWireless, and VPN have been resolved.

Update

August 15, 2024 7:31 pm

Users should no longer be experiencing issues when connecting to the Rutgers network, RUWireless, and VPN. Please note there will be a planned maintenance tomorrow, Friday, August 16 from 6 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. to address the cause of this issue. Users may experience a brief disruption during that timeframe. We will provide another update tomorrow once the maintenance has been completed.

Users should see improvement in connecting to the Rutgers network, RUWireless, and VPN. OIT is continuing to address the cause of the issue.

Users may be experiencing issues connecting to the Rutgers network, RUWireless, and the Virtual Private Network (VPN). The Office of Information Technology is investigating.
