Celebrate the things you’ve accomplished this year, and let everyone know about the unsung efforts of your colleagues.
The winter meeting of the Rutgers Project Management Community will recognize the many things we all have achieved over the course of a very challenging year and discuss the many things we’ve learned along the way.
Join us December 9 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., and be prepared to discuss what you’ve gotten done this year and how your colleagues have supported the university and its missions.
Taking the time to recognize our accomplishments is more than just idle fun; it will help us accomplish more next year. Indeed, according to a study by Harvard Business Review of 1,000 employees from large businesses, seven out of 10 employees who received appreciation for their work reported feeling happy with their jobs. Only 39 percent of employees who had not received appreciation for their work reported feeling happy with their jobs.
So please attend the meeting and consider joining the Rutgers Project Management Community, which provides members with equal measures of camaraderie and education.
