Issues accessing Rutgers Connect email

The issues with access to Rutgers Connect email have been resolved. Microsoft reports that a recent service update caused an issue preventing users from accessing their mailbox from Outlook on the web. The update was reverted, and all access was restored.

Users are reporting issues accessing Rutgers Connect (Microsoft Office 365) email. Microsoft is investigating the issue and providing updates at the Microsoft 365 Status Twitter account.
