The issue regarding the My Money widget on the myRutgers portal displaying “N/A,” instead of the term bill amount has been resolved. Users should now be able to access their term bill amount under the My Money widget.

OIT has identified the cause of the issue regarding the My Money widget on the myRutgers portal displaying “N/A,” instead of the term bill amount. The solution is currently being implemented and the issue is expected to be resolved by tomorrow. OIT will continue to provide updates as they become available.

For students experiencing issues with the display of the term bill amount in the My Money widget (it displays “N/A”), please click the Online Term Bill icon in the My Money widget to view the details of the term bill. Students can also view the term bill by visiting the Student Account webpage. OIT continues to work on a solution for the issues with myRutgers portal’s My Money widget.

The Office of Information Technology is investigating issues with myRutgers portal’s My Money widget not displaying the term bill amount and due date for some students. In these instances, the widget may display “N/A.” Note that for some students, the widget will display “Your term bill is currently unavailable”—a valid message if their financial aid package is in the process of being finalized. OIT teams are troubleshooting the issue, and updates will be provided when available.
