Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Michele Norin kicked off the event with a keynote speech to attendees. Then, Vladimir Gabrielescu, associate director in the Messaging and Collaboration Services group of the Office of Information Technology (OIT), presented the capabilities, features, management and use cases of Microsoft Teams.
