Calling all new students and those returning to campus this fall. If you need tech support during move-in week, RU–Camden IT Help Desk staff will be set up in the Camden Campus Center on Wednesday, August 30 and Friday, September 1 to answer any and all tech questions and share information on IT services available to students.
Help Desk staff will be available again in the Camden Campus Center during the first two days of classes, Tuesday, September 5 and Wednesday, September 6, to further assist students. Staff will be present from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on all four of the designated days.
“By bringing some of our Help Desk team into the central student hub during move-in days, we hope to create a welcoming environment for those seeking IT-related help,” says Lisa Saal, assistant director of IT at Rutgers–Camden. “We also hope to provide information to students on all of the services available to them through Rutgers IT.”
The RU–Camden IT Help Desk staff will be available year-round for in-person assistance in other locations across campus, including the Paul Robeson Library and Camden Administrative Building.
