Incoming and returning students moving into Rutgers residence halls this Fall will need to use the new ResNet Device Registration portal to connect gaming consoles, smart devices, and more.

If you already connected devices through the Office of Information Technology Help Desk before August 1, you will need to follow these directions to register your devices again when you return to campus.

The permitted devices in residence halls include gaming consoles, video streaming devices, desktops without wireless, and some smart home devices. For additional information and instructions on how to get connected, view this how-to article.
