  • Identify key stakeholders and establish a governance structure
  • Assess all environments and understand the needs of faculty and students; what works and what needs to work better
  • Working with key stakeholders, develop the “big picture” for enhancing the educational experience

  • Develop time-phased plan and budget model
  • Identify key performance metrics and develop model for ongoing assessment
