If you have an existing Zoom account, please follow the instructions below:
For free Zoom users:
- If you have an existing free Zoom account that is using your Rutgers email, you will need to follow these instructions and change the email address on your account. Note that you must change your existing free account to a non-Rutgers email address; once you do that, your existing account will be separate from your new Rutgers Zoom account. After you have changed your existing free account to have a non-Rutgers email address, proceed to the How to create your Rutgers Zoom account article.
For paid Zoom users:
- If you have an existing paid Zoom account that is using your Rutgers email address or NetID, please contact the Help Desk for directions.
