Additional License Features (Streaming, Webinar, Large Meeting)


The Office of Information Technology can enable additional license features upon request. Please review the options of the additional license features that are available,

Zoom Webinars

Zoom Video Webinar allows you to broadcast a Zoom meeting to view-only attendees. As the host or a panelist, you can share your screen, video, and audio in a webinar, while attendees can use the chat or question and answer options to interact with the host and panelists.

Large Meeting

A Zoom large license meeting will allow you to host a meeting with up to 1000 attendees. With a large meeting license, all attendees will be able to enable their video, audio, screen sharing and other collaboration features.

Live Streaming

Zoom Streaming allows you to to live stream a meeting to a customer platform, such as YouTube Live, Facebook Live, or Facebook Workplace. During the live event, there will be an approximate 20-second delay between the actual Zoom meeting or webinar and the live stream.

Please note that live streaming is currently only available for Zoom meetings (not Webinars).
