Shared accounts can be requested via your Rutgers Connect domain admin. To find your Domain Admin, please refer to the list at it.rutgers.edu/help-support/.
All shared Webex accounts need to be associated with a resource account in Rutgers Connect. A shared resource account is an email account that has its own calendar. Your Rutgers Connect domain admin will be able to assist you in creating a new resource account with a shared Webex account attached or they can activate a shared Webex account for an existing shared resource account in Rutgers Connect.
The Webex ID for a shared account cannot be customized. It will automatically be generated based on the resource account email address. Example: resource account email@example.com would have a Webex ID of oit-webex-help. The domain will always prefix the resource account name.
