The chat panel can be disabled while scheduling from the website and within an active meeting.
To disable the chat panel while scheduling from the website
- On the scheduling page click on Show advanced options.
- Select Scheduling options drop-down option.
- Navigate to Meeting options and select Edit meeting options.
- From the pop-up uncheck the Chat box.
- Select OK.
To disable the chat panel within an active meeting
- Select Meeting drop-down from the menu bar on the top.
- Select Options.
- In the Meeting Options window, uncheck the Chat box.
- Select OK.
To manage who participants can chat with in a meeting
- Select Participant drop-down from the menu bar on the top.
- Select Assign Privileges.
- Choose who participants can chat with.
- Select OK.
