Prior to downloading the Webex App, ensure that you have your Webex account activated. For instructions on how to activate your Webex account, please visit the Rutgers IT Help article on Webex quick start guide. 

Download Cisco Webex App on Mobile

1. Navigate to the Rutgers Webex page.
2. Log in with your NetID & NetID Password. 
3. Click on the drop-down menu on the upper left hand corner, indicated by the three horizontal lines.
4. Select Download from the menu.
5. Under Cisco Webex Meetings mobile app, select your desired operating system. 
6. On the App Store or Google Play, download onto your Mobile device. 

Download Cisco Webex App on Windows

1. Navigate to the Rutgers Webex page.
2. Log in with your NetID & NetID Password. 
3. Click on the drop-down menu on the upper left hand corner, indicated by the three horizontal lines.
4. Select Download from the menu.
5. Under Webex Meetings, click on the drop-down menu to select your desired Windows.
6. A file will download to your computer. Click Save.
7. Run the file and follow the installation instructions.

Download Cisco Webex App on MacOS & Linux

1. Navigate to the Rutgers Webex page.
2. Log in with your NetID & NetID Password. 
3. Click on the drop-down menu on the upper left hand corner, indicated by the three horizontal lines.
4. Select Download from the menu.
5. On the Downloads page, click on the Download button.
6. On the Webex page, scroll to the Other download option section. 
7. Click on the Download Options drop-down menu.
8. Select your desired operating system. 
9. A file will download to your computer. Click Save.
10. Run the file and follow the installation instructions.
