      Important migration details:<\/h2>\n

      If you choose to move to Microsoft Teams phone, please be aware of the following changes to your existing phone services:<\/p>\n

      • Voicemail Data Loss:<\/strong>\u00a0Any existing voicemails stored on the Cisco platform (Cisco Unity) cannot be migrated to the Teams platform. Please save or delete your messages before the switch.<\/li>\n
      • Deskphone Functionality Change:<\/strong>\u00a0Your current physical deskphone will be reprogrammed. It will only retain the ability to call 911 for emergency services; all other calling features will be disabled.<\/li>\n
      • Webex Phone Service:<\/strong>\u00a0Your associated Webex phone services (calling features within the Webex App) will be disabled and removed.<\/li>\n
      • Platform Removal:<\/strong>\u00a0Upon migration, your account and phone services will be permanently deleted from the Cisco telephony platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/section>\n\n\n
