When should I use push vs. passcode for Duo authentication?

It is your choice! Please note that the Duo Mobile Push Approval method required an active internet connection on your enrolled device. This may require Wi-Fi or a valid Data Plan for the Duo Mobile Push Approval method to work properly.

In the case that you do not have an active internet connection, the Help Desk recommends utilizing the DUO Mobile Generate Passcodes method to authenticate.
