Our programs align with industry frameworks, like ITIL\u00ae 4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), and are tailored to the university\u2019s specific needs. This course is designed as an introduction to the ITIL4 framework and theory. The ITIL4 Foundation training enables candidates to look at ITSM through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery, and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services.
