Below are some examples of areas where we can assist you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consulting on service planning and service design<\/li>\n<li>Conducting service reviews and process assessments<\/li>\n<li>Creating service catalog pages(s) and service communications<\/li>\n<li>Designing well-integrated support and operational processes<\/li>\n<li>Improving customer experience with a service<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with service reporting and metrics<\/li>\n<li>Providing training resources to support various aspects of service management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Managing services<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Our goal is to document and define service management as a practice for Rutgers IT. As our methodology and tools improve, we provide templates and guidance to support service management practitioners.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n\n        <div class=\"right-content\">\n            <h2><strong>Process design<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Our service management framework builds on a collection of best practices such as those within the ITIL\u00ae 4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)\u00a0framework.<\/p>\n<p>To support process design, we use Navvia Process Designer to design and maintain our IT Service Management (ITSM) Process Documentation Library (PDL). Navvia allows us to create process guides and provides tools, templates, and training on ITSM and ITIL concepts at minimal cost.
