ScarletMail is the official email service for Rutgers Fall or Spring Session Students. Winter or Summer Session Students are not eligible for a ScarletMail account. Students in schools that handle protected health information (PHI) will be granted Rutgers Connect accounts to be used as their primary email account. Departments may provide additional email accounts to students if needed.
