How to reach the Help Desk for documentation development<\/h1>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If a service owner requests the creation of a knowledge base (KB) article or FAQ and you want to ask the Help Desk for assistance, reach out to the Help Desk Knowledge Management Committee<\/strong> by email at hd_km@oit.rutgers.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Your request will be reviewed after you email the committee and a member will respond to assist with the development.<\/p>\n

Refrain from reaching out to individual members of the Help Desk for assistance creating documentation. Emailing the committee allows the Help Desk to keep track of all documentation that has been created or needs development.<\/p>\n
