Perceptive Content (formerly known as ImageNow) is a full Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and workflow suite used to handle various content types and put them in proper context of an area’s process or need.

Perceptive Content features dozens of modules that allow it to interact with specific applications, processes, and users. It can help reduce paper files, reduce the need for printing & copying documents, as well as eliminate your need for physical storage of documents. Perceptive Content allows users to efficiently capture and organize various types of documents then retrieve a precise page instantly from within any business application.

• The main panel (shown on the right) contains buttons for accessing various tools within the application.
• The left-hand side shows the document list view, which is highly customizable for hiding, showing, and grouping by available columns.
• Finally, on the right-hand side, you can see the document viewer. There are a number of tools for annotating documents, as well as routing documents within workflow if needed.

Technical support questions should be routed through your departmental IT support personnel. If IT support personnel need to escalate concerns to the EDS team, they can do so after initial troubleshooting has been performed.
