Payroll process for OIT student workers<\/h1>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The following instructions are for use by supervisors of student workers in OIT.<\/p>\n

Note: Department is responsible for ensuring this process is done on time. No corrections\/exceptions are allowed as per Payroll.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Student worker<\/strong>
    \nStudent enters hours in Zed\u00a0every Friday by 3:00 p.m<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. OIT department<\/strong>
    \nDepartment ensures that the hours are in PeopleSoft and approved by the cutoff date which is\u00a0every Friday, before pay date week by 3:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. OIT department<\/strong>
    \nIf the cutoff date passed, the department\u00a0must<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0enter hours manually in PeopleSoft,\u00a0Monday, before 10:00 a.m.<\/strong>
    \n(Note: These hours need to be approved before 1:00 p.m. by Nathali Minassian or Lin Cheng.)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n
