Logging into LinkedIn Learning


The easiest way to get to the correct LinkedIn Learning login page is to go to the LinkedIn Learning redirect on the Software Portal. That will redirect you to the standard Rutgers Central Authentication Service (CAS) to verify your credentials. You should then be brought to a LinkedIn Learning page with the Rutgers shield in the top right corner.

Alternatively, from the main LinkedIn Learning page you can do the following:

  1. Click Sign In on the top right of the screen.
  2. Enter your NetID@rutgers.edu address and click Continue.
  3. That will redirect you to login with your NetID and Password.
  4. Successful authentication will bring you back to LinkedIn Learning with the Rutgers shield in the upper right corner.

If you have connected your LinkedIn Learning account to your Linked in profile, you will be required to authenticate twice - with your Rutgers NetID login and password, and with your LinkedIn login and password - each time you access LinkedIn Learning.

If you have previously logged in to LinkedIn on your current device, you may not be prompted to log in again, but if you are logging in from a new device or browser you will need to log in with both.

Issues logging in 

If you need to reset your NetID password, you may do so at the NetID Forgotten Password page. If you need to reset your LinkedIn password, you may do so at the LinkedIn Reset Password page.
