In the top right side of the Chrome window, click the menu button (three dots in a vertical line).
In the drop-down menu, hover over More tools then select Clear browsing data…
Select All time from the dropdown menu.
Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files (make sure nothing you'd like to keep is checked).
Click Clear data.
Microsoft Edge
Open Microsoft Edge.
Click the menu icon in the top right corner of the window (three dots in a horizontal line).
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Select Privacy, search, and services under Settings
Under the Clear browsing data section, select Choose what to clear.
Set the Time Range to All Time, then check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files (make sure nothing you'd like to keep is checked)
Click the Clear now button.
Mozilla Firefox
Open Mozilla Firefox.
Click the menu icon in the top right corner of the window (three horizontal lines).
In the drop-down menu select History.
Select Clear recent history.
Set the Time range to clear: to Everything. Check the boxes next to Cookies and Cache (make sure nothing you'd like to keep is checked). Then select OK.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Open Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Click the gear icon in the top right corner.
Hover over Safety in the drop-down menu then select Delete browsing history...
In the window that appears, uncheck the box next to Preserve Favorites website data.
Check the boxes next to Temporary Internet files and website files and Cookies and website data. Be sure that anything you do not want erased is not checked (for instance, History).
